- Estate Database Surveys
-
The Estate
Database is designed to illustrate the functional suitability, space
utilisation, energy performance, compliance with statutory and safety
standards and the condition of the building stock currently in use for
the community. It also provides an indication of the performance of
the estate. The estate database comprises the essential information
required to undertake a rationalisation exercise, and further, to
develop alternative strategies.
- Backlog Surveys
-
The
Backlog Survey is designed to determine the condition and compliance
with statutory and safety standards of the building stock currently
used by your organisation in the support and delivery of healthcare,
irrespective of ownership, including premises that are temporarily
vacant but are due to be brought back into healthcare use. It is a
detailed survey to assess the physical condition of your estate assets
and their compliance with mandatory fire safety requirements and
statutory safety legislation. It will allocate condition rankings,
establish costs to maintain assets in condition B or bring them up to
condition B and produce risk rankings for appropriate assets.
